Here is what could be happening next season.

McLaren - Fernando Alonso - ? No one knows who will be racing for McLaren Next year. They have been odly quiet about the driver line-up next season. Most people however are thinking that they will keep Pedro Del La Rosa or have Luis Hamilton from Formula 3000 as his number 2.

Renult - Ginacarlo Fisichella - Riakonen? There was some press that it would be Mark webber with Fisichella next season. Now he has signed off and People have thought that Riakonen will be going there. There is very little chance for this now as most people think that Riakonen will be going to Ferrari. So. There is a good chance for a couple other drivers to get this seat but most of them drive in F300.

Ferrari - Massa- ? - Schumacher? - Riakonen? It has now been confirmed that Filepe Massa has signed on to ferrari but no one knows wither thats is as a driver or just as test driver. It all comes down to weither Michael Retires or Not. Also just to add yet more confusion technical director Ross Brawn could be leaving the sport.

Honda - Jenson Buton - Rubens Barichello. This has been sorted since the start of the season. Jens has signed a 3 year contract and Rubens has a 2 year contract.

Williams - Wurz - Rosberg - with Mark Webber leaving the team, Wurz gets the race seat.

Toyota - Ralf schumacher - Jarno Trulli - There partnership is kept the same for a third consectutive season as Toyota start challenging for podiums.

BMW Sauber - Robert Kubica - Nick Hienfeld. This has been confirmed after the team told ex-world champion and the winner of 11 races that he would not be racing for them next year.

Red Bull Racing. David Couthard - Mark Webber - Mark webber leaves Williams for a team that at the moment is doing a lot better than them. Mark webber sudden move leaves Cristien Klien without a drive however.

Torro Rosso - Liuzzi - Speed -They seem pretty happy with their current line-up of Scott Speed and Vitantonio Liuzzi, though neither has been confirmed for 2007. Of course, Red Bull also have a whole stable of young talent in their junior squad, but whether any of them are ready to make the step up to Formula One racing is uncertain. Among them, GP2 star Michael Ammermuller would be the likely favourite.

Midland - ?????? - To be honest there is such a wealth of drivers that could be driving for MF1 next year. Paddock rumours concerning a possible buyout of the team by Dutch company Lost Boys have gone quiet in recent weeks. They had prompted speculation that Dutch incumbent Christijan Albers would stay on to be partnered by compatriot Robert Doornbos, currently third driver at Red Bull. Now, with both Albers and 2006 team mate Tiago Monteiro having impressed this season, anything looks possible.

Super Aguri - Takuma Sato - Davidson ? -with just number-one driver Takuma Sato so far confirmed for 2007. It’s no secret the team would prefer an all-Japanese line-up, though they say it is not essential. Sato’s current team mate, Sakon Yamamoto, has had little chance to prove his worth yet, with technical problems prompting early retirements in his two Grands Prix to date. Should he not be retained, then long-term Honda tester Anthony Davidson would have to considered a potential candidate. And to my view a much more worthwile one.

No. There is no chance of a new team next season. In 2008, however 7 teams have put in applications for teams and the FIA has siad that they will allow andother 2 teams at least.
