That was Webo I think. Eto'o didn't want all the pressure, so Webo was given the opportunity and he missed badly. I think that was it, since Webo received harsh criticism after that. He'll never take a penalty again :|

This Saturday sees the return of the World Cup qualifiers :point:

Wales v Finland
Luxembourg v Latvia
Russia v Azerbaijan (I would like to see Hiddink do well, but if Russia fail to qualify then he's free to work with Chelsea... :| )
Northern Ireland v Poland
Moldova v Switzerland
Republic of Ireland v Bulgaria
Malta v Denmark
Germany v Liechtenstein - come on Liechtenstein :point:
Armenia v Estonia
Cyprus v Georgia
Albania v Hungary
Portugal v Sweden
Slovenia v Czech Republic
Belgium v Bosnia-Herzegovina
Romania v Serbia
Montenegro v Italy
Netherlands v Scotland
Israel v Greece
Lithuania v France
Spain v Turkey

I was just focusing on the European fixtures, but the rest can be found here on fifa.com's website.

I hope France win, it's just that we'll need to play more offensively if we want to score. Maybe if Domenech played with more attacking midfielders instead of defensive ones (Toualan-Lassana), we wouldn't be so dull when we attack. There was talk about this on L'Equipe, with Nasri saying that he'd be ready to play a more attacking role - which is something he has been used to since he was at Marseille, we know this because he excelled there - that's why Arsenal came and stole him :| If Domenech was smart, he'd drop Toualan and put Nasri in to start - I doubt it'll happen though.

All I know is that we need the win because confidence is low right now - due to the way we have been performing and especially because of the faggot driving the bus at the moment. L'Equipe held a poll a few days back and a lot of the public don't think we'll qualify - which is a shame but it's understandable, the performances have been crap. I'm behind the team none the less but if we continue to play like this, it will threaten our qualification and everyone knows it. If Domenech doesn't get the full 6 points in these two days, he'll never hear the end of it.

A win is a must! ALLEZ LES BLEUS :notworthy:

Liechtenstein's match will be on TV for us, seeing as it is Germany they'll be facing so I'll see if I can catch some of it before I run off to watch the Red Bulls  In Africa - I look forward to seeing how Gabon does in Morocco  Alain Giresse faces a tough task but he has the players to get the win, I hope they win anyway as they're the team I'm rooting for over there now  The funny thing is that the ref and his assistants are Senegalese - it's a shame the team couldn't make the trip with them :(

Big week for Ireland. Bulgaria tomorrow night followed by Italy away on Wednesday. The next few days could very well make or break the Irish WC campaign.

If Ireland beat Bulgaria, I think they'll finish second definitely.

Hey Ligue, imagine no France in the World Cup - we can forget all about England missing out on Euro 2008 in that case :neushades:

Not directly. Pavel Londak is my favorite player in Bodø/Glimt.
There are also some players I'd like to see in Bodø/Glimt. :neushades:
... Such as Vladimir Voskoboinikov. Unfortunately his (former???) agent rejected us.

Not a qualifying match, but a friendly between the hosters from South-Africa and Norway at Royal Bafokeng stadium. The match will start very soon and here is the Norwegian team:

Jon Knudsen

Tom Høgli - Tore Reginiussen - Brede Hangeland - John Arne Riise
Daniel Braaten - Christian Grindheim - Henning Hauger - Bjørn Helge Riise - Morten G.Pedersen
Mohammed Abdellaoue

Can Drillo continue that glory from the match in Germany?
