The IPL sides aren't doing too well Is this on TV in Australia? Is there much hype and attention for this tournament? The Cape Cobras play Otago today (Mascarenhas for Otago ) and Deccan are up against Somerset. It's weird saying that

Cricket is fairly over-saturated at the moment, it always seems to be on, and people aren't very interested. I think it might be being shown on one of the digital channels.

They both scored 119 (Sussex batted first and the Eagles looked like they were heading for victory!) so it went to the super over. Eagles scored 9-1 and then Sussex scored 0-2 (2 wickets and you're out) - Sussex are out!

They've qualified for the league stages now though. League A: New South Wales Somerset Diamond Eagles Trinidad & Tobago League B: Cape Cobras Victoria Delhi Daredevils Royal Challengers Top two from each group go to the semi-finals.

They certainly need him (although he wasn't that good anyway) as Somerset are 52-5 against the Diamond Eagles at the moment
