Sunderland are doing alright this season so I suppose the defeat isn't that embarrassing. Still, an Arsenal defeat is great to see B)

Chelsea thrashed Wolves 4-0 earlier - and should have had more apparently. Glad to hear Joe Cole got a goal too - hopefully he can work his way back into the England squad for the World Cup. Looking forward to seeing the highlights later.

Look out for...

Gael Kakuta. I'm sure you've all heard of him - he's at the centre of Chelsea's transfer investigation. He made his debut today and looked great, showing a great touch, confidence and an eye for goal. One to definitely look out for in the future.

...and finally

Felt like ages since the last round was played! :|

So ... 10 goal thriller today ... 80% of the goals scored by Spurs, 20% scored by Wigan ... but the match ended 9-1 to Spurs ... I'll let you figure out what is wrong, or what is right xD

I won't do an update but Spurs 9 Wigan 1! :eek2:  The Wigan defence was so poor, but apparently Kirkland was decent anyway?! Defoe scored 5 goals! Hopefully he can keep it up for England's sake

Blackburn beat Bolton 2-0 while Portsmouth lost again - 1-0 to Stoke.

Update: Two games were played last night: Fulham 3 Blackburn 0 and Hull 3 Everton 2. :o Phil Brown was on the edge of being sacked but they're now picking up points. Hull are 15th now. Everton are only 14th.

Avram Grant is the new manager of Portsmouth too. Expected really.
