Update on today's earlier matches: Birmingham 1 Liverpool 1 Fulham 2 Wigan 1 Everton 2 West Ham 2 Now I'm starting to wonder if Liverpool can get the fourth Champions League spot! Portsmouth will have to wait another week to be relegated also. |

Quality stuff by Sky Sports 'Soccer Saturday' Liverpool must surely be giving up fourth now. Even Aston Villa are one point behind with a game in hand, Liverpool could go to 7th. Edit: Just read benitez replaced Torres with Ngog after 65 minutes? What the hell is he thinking? He has truly lost the plot. Edited by hugh, Apr 5 2010, 01:51 AM.

AND LUCAS PLAYED THE FULL 90???? WTF IS RAFA THINKING? That shot that Ngog tookin injury time at the end of the game that he scuffed.. Torres would have made it. Surely THAT was the chance.. and Ngog scuffed it.. JUST SACK BENITEZ ALREADY! |

Lucas has improved alot, even TGL should be able to agree with that. He hasn't been bad recently. Apparently Torres was exhausted after the Benfica game, so he came off. Ngog on though, he's so poor. Liverpool need a quality striker. The video - haha, I can't stop watching it, so funny

Well personally I don't like them Matchday 34 ![]() Advantage Chelsea after United drop two points against Blackburn. Results Blackburn 0 Manchester United 0 Liverpool 0 Fulham 0 Manchester City 5 Birmingham 1 Wolves 0 Stoke 0 Hull 1 Burnley 4 West Ham 1 Sunderland 0 Table Table Manchester United are a point behind Chelsea but have played a game more. Arsenal should even go second soon! 1. Chelsea 74 points (played 33) 2. Manchester United 73 points (played 34) 3. Arsenal 71 points (played 33) Liverpool are surely out of the race for fourth? 4. Manchester City 62 points (played 33) 5. Tottenham 58 points (played 32) 6. Liverpool 56 points (played 34) 7. Aston Villa 54 points (played 32) Portsmouth are the first team to be relegated too after West Ham beat Sunderland 1-0 yesterday. Hull and Burnley are the favourites to join them but Wigan, West Ham, Bolton and Wolves aren't out of it yet! Great season, still battles for first, fourth and relegation Championship watch Newcastle had their place in the Premier League for next season confirmed last week. West Bromwich Albion will be joining them. Next Fixtures Tuesday Chelsea v Bolton Wednesday Aston Villa v Everton Tottenham v Arsenal Wigan v Portsmouth Saturday Birmingham v Hull Blackburn v Everton Fulham v Wolverhampton Manchester City v Manchester United Stoke v Bolton Sunderland v Burnley Tottenham v Chelsea Sunday Portsmouth v Aston Villa Wigan v Arsenal Monday 19th April Liverpool v West Ham Wednesday 21st April Hull v Aston Villa |

I can admit that Lucas has become better this season and he's pushing Aquilani for his place in the squad, even though Alberto is more attacking threat, Rafa likes his defence. Welcome back West Brom ... AGAIN |

Well done Chelsea, the title is now yours. Terrible game from Man Utd. Absolutely no spark. Berbatov is a joke, he's gotta go. Valencia had one big chance (good save from Robinson) but other than that he and Nani were not like against Munich. Fuck this football

Chelsea 1 Bolton 0, four points clear of United now. Arsenal could bring the lead down to three points if they beat Tottenham. Not a great game really (especially when ATDHE cuts out and you miss the goal and the apparent Chelsea handballs). Saw the goal eventually though, great cross by Drogba to get it to Anelka. Who said they can't work together? I wouldn't say it's our title yet, Hugh, but if we can beat Tottenham then it will be ours to lose... |
