Table

Table

Chelsea lead on goal difference.

Next Fixtures

Saturday 12th September
Blackburn v Wolves
Liverpool v Burnley
Man City v Arsenal
Portsmouth v Bolton
Stoke v Chelsea
Sunderland v Hull
Tottenham v Man Utd
Wigan v West Ham

Sunday 13th September
Birmingham v Aston Villa
Fulham v Everton

Look out for...

Jack Rodwell. Everton's 18 year old midfielder looked good on the ball, good vision and had a few chances at goal. 19 year old Ciaran Clark came in at the back for Aston Villa and put in a good performance. Both young players to look out for. ;)

...and finally

The internationals are up next so there's a break now. The England squad has been announced:

Goalkeepers: Foster (Manchester United), Green (West Ham), Robinson (Blackburn)
Defenders: Johnson (Liverpool), Brown (Manchester United), Upson (West Ham), Terry (Chelsea, capt), Lescott (Manchester City), A Cole (Chelsea), Bridge (Chelsea)
Midfielders: Wright-Phillips (Manchester City), Lennon (Tottenham), Beckham (Los Angeles Galaxy), Barry (Manchester City), Lampard (Chelsea), Carrick (Manchester United), Gerrard (Liverpool), A Young (Aston Villa), Milner (Aston Villa)
Strikers: Rooney (Manchester United), Heskey (Aston Villa), Defoe (Tottenham), C Cole (West Ham), Crouch (Tottenham).

Never really rated Crouch for England but lets see how he does

Arsenal fans are quiet at the moment :ohdear 4-1 down! :eek2: I hear Adebayor (it had to happen) scored and celebrated in front of the Arsenal fans

EDIT: 4-2, sounds like an epic game! After that Adebayor goal, I hear the police are in the Arsenal end...

The Stoke-Chelsea match sounded good too! :eek2: There was 8 minutes of injury time in the first half after injuries (one to the Stoke 'keeper) and apparently it was a good game - 1-1 until the 4th minute of added time in the second half until Malouda scored! Now that was lucky

My report will be up this evening :neushades:

I actually heard Chelsea were playing well in the second half, dominating quite alot. Sounds like they deserved the goal but were lucky it came right at the end.

I wasn't baking you about Arsenal by the way, I'm being serious, what's your reaction about it? :|

Should also mention today's late game: Spurs 1 United 3. Spurs opened the scoring through Defoe (who else at the moment?) before Giggs, Anderson and Rooney scored. Scholes was sent-off too in what I hear was a good performance from United. Who needs Ronaldo?

Got to see Match of the Day later tonight, what a round!
