 Apoel seems tough. They played a good Champions League last year and traveling to Cyprus is somewhat of an unknown quantity. First leg is in Madrid but we have only just started our pre-season, so they'll be more match-ready. Let's see what happens.

 Unfortunately I didn't go to the match, I was really sick. It was on tv though.

Getafe dominated but could only get one goal. Apoel are a decent team and the second leg will be tough. I'm not sure 1-0 will be enough. :(

Some interesting results there though. Sibir Novosibirsk 1-0 PSV Eindhoven! Galatasaray and Fenerbache have some tough seconds legs as well.

 Getafe were lucky tonight, no doubt about that. Apoel are a good team, they missed a penalty in the first half but got a goal soon after, taking it to extra time. Getafe got an away goal which ended the tie effectively, but I'm not sure that our goal crossed the line. :lol: Anyway we are through, I've got my season ticket as well so I'm looking forward to the group stage matches. Hopefully we draw a big team like Liverpool, Man City or Juventus.

Liverpool were really lucky though, am I right?

 I didn't see the match, it just seemed that way, getting an 85th minutes own goal and all. They could have dominated, for all I know.

 Wow, just watched the draw and it's a pretty long process! Group B, J and K are very tough. Rosenborg will have it hard Marius. Group A with Juventus against Man City should be good!

Group H with Getafe, Stuttgart, Odense and Young Boys, arguably the easiest group of them all, so I'm happy. Though I would have liked to play a 'big' side, against Stuttgart will be a great match. Anything can happen. :eek:
