I can see City doing better next season indeed. Not sure about Arsenal though - if Liverpool continue their good form next season then they could return to the top 4 (and then Arsenal could drop out, yeah). Too early to say though.

Surely top 4 will consist Man U, Chelsea, City, Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal. Those six will be top six.

City have said "we wont spend big in the summer" Not too sure what they mean by "big".

Apparently Comolli has asked Lille to keep him informed about Hazard as well and Comolli has told told Lille to pass on the message that they can offer guaranteed first team football.

What is your source? La Gazzetta dello Sport thinks Inter are interested in Hazard, so looks like they'll be some competition :neushades:

Well if Tevez leaves, which he surely will, I dare say they'll buy a new striker? Adebayor's looking to stay at Madrid too.

Madrid don't want to pay his wages though. City wanted Sanchez and Aguero so wouldn't be surprised if at least one of them went to City.

Where does Tevez want to go anyway? Spain or Italy I'm guessing?

The Sun exclusive about City willing to pay £158M for Ronaldo made me laugh this morning.

Who relegates today then?

West Ham are already down, but the two other spots are to be given today.

Table before the last round:

15.Blackburn (-14), 40
16.Wolves (-19), 40
17.Birmingham (-20), 39
18.Blackpool (-21), 39
19.Wigan (-22), 39

Wolves - Blackburn could be interesting. If all Birmingham, Blackpool and Wigan leads, them both can go down with a tied score!

Wigan play Stoke away, tough... But Stoke has got "nothing" to play for, so that's Wigan's advantage...
Birmingham to meet Tottenham away. I guess they're pretty nervous now!
So should Blacpool be too - up for United away! They should hope for Bham to lose big, and save the spot on better goal difference :P

I think Blackpool and Wigan go down, but United are already champions so maybe we're up for an upset at Old Trafford?

Amazing relegation battle on the last day! I can't see Blackpool beating United at Old Trafford, even if United have won the title already and might be looking forward to the Champions League Final. You never know though! I think Wigan could beat Stoke or at least get a point. My predictions for those matches:

Manchester United 3 Blackpool 0
Stoke 2 Wigan 2
Tottenham 2 Birmingham 1
Wolves 1 Blackburn 1

They could be high scoring matches though and will change their styles depending on the scores in the other games, so it's hard to predict really  Anyway, those predictions would mean this end Birmingham and Blackpool would join West Ham in being relegated for me :o

Can't see either Blackburn or Wolves go down to be honest. Wigan is screwed...

3rd place battle then? Who gets the direct spot to the UCL? City only have to beat Bolton away, and Arsenal have a tough fixture at Craven Cottage as well...

City and Arsenal will both win I think, so City will get third. I think Chelsea will draw against Everton - not that the result matters that much now

By the way, see this on BBC Sport's live text:

BBC Sport live text

Wayne, N Ireland via text: "Cesc Fabregas at the Spanish Grand Prix today and not in London for the match. Clear sign his tenure at Arsenal is over this summer?"

Not sure how true that is, but if it is, wow...

EDIT: Apparently Fabregas tweeted a picture of himself at the Grand Prix too, but it's now been deleted. Surely he's not missing Arsenal's match, and even if he's injured, he should be there  Not believing it until I see the team sheet :P

Folks, like I mentioned before, think about your Team of the Season XI and post them later tonight or something

Also, we'll have awards and we'll add up everyone's suggestions after:

Flop of the Season
Manager of the Season
Surprise Team of the Season

Start thinking now :neushades:
