Really the only action is to ban Serbia, these guys aren't fans, theyre just criminals. pretty hard to scan every single fan who goes to games, just ban them all, they had it coming (if anyone remembers similar scenes in a friendly against NEW ZEALAND before the world cup - disgraceful)

Scandinavian fans are always fair, but when ONE Danish man crossed the line three years ago, UEFA gave Denmark a 0-3 in the face.
Thousands of fans from Balkan, Greece, Turkey etc does that every round - without getting more than fines.
Time to make an action, UEFA. Or is this included in your Fair Play?
I'm actually a fan of the fireworks, but NOT when its being throwed, and Im espeically NOT a fan of racism. Disgraceful. Ban all Serbian fans until 2016.

UEFA EURO 2012: The story so far

- uefa.com
-
Fifty one teams set off on the road to Poland and Ukraine in late summer 2010 and it is no surprise to see holders and world champions Spain on maximum points along with Germany and the Netherlands. Russia and Norway, revived by Egil Olsen, have also made a perfect start, while Montenegro have been hugely impressive in their debut campaign.
Group A Germany's four wins included a 3-0 against Turkey in Berlin which featured two of Miroslav Klose's six goals so far. Worse was to follow for Turkey four days later with a 1-0 defeat in Azerbaijan that coach Guus Hiddink described as "one of the worst days of my career". Austria sit second after maintaining their unbeaten start with a 4-4 draw in Belgium on 12 October, Martin Harnik equalising in the 93rd minute.
Group B Dick Advocaat's Russia top the section thanks to three away victories, the most recent an impressive 3-2 success against the Republic of Ireland, Aleksandr Kerzhakov, Alan Dzagoev and Roman Shirokov securing a three-goal lead before Ireland's belated response. The Russians lost their only home game, 1-0 against Slovakia in September, yet Vladimír Weiss's team subsequently lost 3-1 in Armenia and lie fourth after a 1-1 home draw with the second-placed Irish.
Group C Italy's campaign began with a scare as they trailed Estonia 45 minutes into coach Cesare Prandelli's first competitive fixture but the Azzurri responded with strikes by Antonio Cassano and Leonardo Bonucci. After their 12 October fixture with Serbia was abandoned because of crowd trouble in Genoa, UEFA awarded Italy a 3-0 forfeit win that gives them 10 points from a possible 12. Italy's only dropped points came in a goalless draw in Northern Ireland. Nigel Worthington's side had already upset Slovenia 1-0 in Maribor but were held 1-1 by the Faroe Islands, whose hero turned out to be goalkeeper Jákup Mikkelsen. The 40-year-old had come out of international retirement after an injury to Gunnar Nielsen.
Group D France's new coach, Laurent Blanc, made the worst possible start with a 1-0 home reverse against Belarus, Sergei Kislyak scoring with four minutes remaining. However, Les Bleus responded with successive 2-0 victories over Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Luxembourg. Belarus remain unbeaten in second after finishing their autumn programme with a 2-0 home win over Albania, hitherto the group's surprise package.
Group E The FIFA World Cup runners-up boast 12 points and the competition's eight-goal leading scorer in Klaas-Jan Huntelaar – the last two in a 4-1 victory over Sweden on 12 October. New Sweden coach Erik Hamrén saw his side leapfrogged into second spot by Hungary, who responded to an opening loss to the Swedes with three straight wins including a 2-1 success in Finland achieved by Balász Dzsudzsák's 94th-minute winner and an 8-0 rout of San Marino, who went down by the same scoreline to Finland.
Group F Croatia are firmly on course for the finals with ten points from four matches – the latest a 3-0 defeat of Malta leaving them two points clear of unbeaten Greece. Fernando Santos had a scare in his opening qualifier when Greece trailed Georgia for 69 minutes before Nikos Spyropoulos's leveller. Temuri Ketsbaia's third-placed Georgians have kept the positive results coming: they held Israel, beat Malta and would have won in Latvia but for an added-time goal.
Group G Zlatko Kranjčar's Montenegro have made a dream start, heading the group after collecting three wins – all 1-0 – and a goalless draw against England. Mirko Vučinić captured the headlines for his goals against Wales and Switzerland but the Balkan team drew at Wembley without him, and are still to concede together with Belarus. England have beaten Bulgaria and Switzerland, who bounced back with a 4-1 win against a Wales side seeking a new coach after John Toshack resigned in the wake of the September loss in Montenegro.
Group H It was Egil Olsen who took the Norwegians to their first World Cups in the 1990s and 'Drillo' has got them dreaming again after overseeing wins against Iceland, Portugal and Cyprus. "I am the first to admit our attacking play leaves a lot to be desired, but defensively we are world class," said the 68-year-old after September's 1-0 home success against Portugal. For the Portuguese that defeat followed a 4-4 home draw with Cyprus under Agostinho Oliveira's temporary stewardship, but since Paulo Bento's appointment as full-time successor to Carlos Queiroz, wins against Denmark and Iceland have rekindled their hopes.
Group I Spain picked up where they left off in South Africa by starting their European title defence with wins over Liechtenstein (4-0) and Lithuania (3-1). They faced sterner resistance against Scotland at Hampden Park on 12 October, substitute Fernando Llorente striking a 79th-minute winner after their hosts had fought back from two down. The Czech Republic sit second after recovering from a home loss to Lithuania – Darvydas Šernas headed the only goal and Žydrūnas Karčemarskas saved Milan Baroš's penalty – with victories against the Scots and Liechtenstein.

Sounded like an anti-climax with the big build-up and the "meh" game as you said on MSN! What a goal by the Danes though! A point is decent and I believe Norway is still top of the group, so not bad!
England beat Wales 2-0 at the Millennium Stadium! What an atmosphere at the start, with the national anthems being drowned out by each other's fans! Definite penalty for England I think, which Lampard dispatched well (weird seeing him wear number 7 by the way!). Nice goal by Bent for the second too. The game seemed over after 14 minutes - England dominated throughout. Wales had their chances but England were too strong for them. Nice new 4-3-3 formation too! Scott Parker and Wilshere in midfield with Lampard was interesting!
I predicted 2-0 too and keep getting predictions right recently - I should actually start putting money on these predictions!

Oh dear, how much I hate the Danes. "Hill monkeys" they called us before the last derby in 2002. After yesterday's match, the headline is "Lucky monkeys".
They weren't much better, it was not luck. We lead, so stfu, Denmark. This is why I never hope you do well. Norway and Portugal for 2012!

The qualifiers are nearly back!

- uefa.com
-
France and Portugal will want to make amends for surprise defeats last September by Belarus and Norway respectively when UEFA EURO 2012 qualifying resumes on 3 June.
The club season may have come to a close for many of the continent's top footballers but they cannot disappear on their holidays just yet with some key UEFA EURO 2012 qualifiers coming up. Over successive nights on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 June, there will be 20 matches played and the stand-out fixtures are the summit meetings between Belarus and France in Group D, and Portugal and Norway in Group H.
Belarus stunned France by winning 1-0 in Paris in Laurent Blanc's competitive debut as coach last September yet Les Bleus have responded impressively with four straight wins and no further goals conceded. The consequence is a four-point lead over second-placed Belarus who need to win to retain realistic hope of competing for top spot.
Top billing on Saturday goes to the Lisbon showdown between Portugal and Norway, the surprise leaders of Group H. Norway have been absent from the game's biggest stages since UEFA EURO 2000 but with Egil Olsen back at the helm they have taken ten points from four matches, conceding just once. This should be the biggest test yet of their credentials given that Portugal are looking considerably stronger under Paulo Bento than when losing 1-0 in Oslo in September and have the incentive of knowing victory would cancel out the visitors' three-point advantage.
Elsewhere, the Group A programme features not just the visit of leaders Germany to an Austria side needing a positive result to stay in the hunt for the play-offs but, moreover, a key encounter between second-placed Belgium and Turkey, a point behind in third but with a game in hand. Belgium have not competed at a major final tournament since 2002 but victory on Friday would boost their prospects of at least a play-off berth.
Top spot could change hands in Group F where second-placed Croatia host fourth-placed Georgia with both knowing three points would take them to the summit – at least for 24 hours until leaders Greece take on Malta on Saturday. In Group C, leaders Italy will seek to consolidate their position with a home victory over Estonia, while Sweden can go clear of Hungary in second place in Group E by taking three points in Moldova. Their hosts will have other ideas, knowing a win would take them level with the Swedes.
The last-chance saloon beckons for Switzerland and Bulgaria in Group G on Saturday. They both sit six points adrift of England and Montenegro going into the reverse fixtures against teams who beat them at home in September – Switzerland visit leaders England and Bulgaria travel to second-placed Montenegro. Victory for either of the top two would mark a significant step on the road to Poland and Ukraine.
Saturday will also see each of Slovakia, Russia and the Republic of Ireland hopeful of breaking clear at the top of Group B, with all three currently tied on ten points. They are in action against Andorra, Armenia and FYROM respectively. There will be another six games on 7 June – a year and a day before UEFA EURO 2012 begins – and then the summer break begins in earnest.
Selected upcoming fixtures:
3rd June: Austria v Germany Belgium v Turkey (Hoping Turkey lose here so Hiddink might want to move to Chelsea ) Italy v Estonia Belarus v France Moldova v Sweden San Marino v Finland Liechtenstein v Lithuania
4th June: Macedonia v Republic of Ireland Greece v Malta England v Switzerland Iceland v Denmark Portugal v Norway
