Forgot to include that in the websites list, so thanks They're only friendlies though so I'm not paying too much attention to them. What are the strange scores though? I can't see any surprises... |

While this could be good, I seem to remember the problem with the last one is that it just went for too friggen long. What is up with the ICC, have they learnt nothing? They final is not till April 2nd! I mean, I can tell you who's going to be in the Quarter-finals right now!! Other than that, I think India are favourites. Though I think Australia got the easier group. |

It definitely takes too long! I'm backing India too, but I think Sri Lanka and Australia (can't rule them out of any major tournament!) will be up there as well. South Africa also. Perhaps Pakistan can surprise us, or even England? I doubt we'll win it though

England just beat Canada in a practice match by 16 runs. I guess we shouldn't look too much into it as it was our first practice match. Looks like we've been experimenting at the top of the order again though - Pietersen opened with Strauss! Strauss could only get 1 run... |

The opening ceremony has taken place - we're officially underway! The tournament doesn't start until Saturday though.Pietersen as opener - he's never done it before for England and his first go at it is in a World Cup, hmmm. Hopefully he can surprise me and play well there - no reason why he can't I suppose. |

India have beaten Bangladesh by 87 runs in the opening match then. India did really well in their innings - 370-4! Sehwag 175 and Kohli 100! Bangladesh actually started off their innings really well but then they started losing it ![]() Tomorrow sees Sri Lanka v Canada and New Zealand v Kenya. |

New Zealand beat Kenya by 10 wickets and Sri Lanka beat Canada by 210 runs then. Expected victories. The ICC wants to limit the amount of associate teams in the World Cup for 2015, but even though they're quite poor, I don't think they should take them out of a World Cup. They need these settings to improve their game and it's a World Cup - it should be open for alot of teams! OK, they're poor at the moment, but hopefully in time they'll be of a good standard... |

Australia beat Zimbabwe by 91 runs. Expected victory I guess. England enter tomorrow against the Netherlands - we want revenge for their win in 2009 in the Twenty20! |

I can't remember the last time I saw such a poor performance by England. The Netherlands have just scored 292-6 in their 50 overs. Ten Doeschate got 119 in a great innings. There were no-balls, fielding mistakes, dropped catches... everything from England. It's like village cricket. The Dutch have done well though, so I shouldn't take anything away from their performance. We're batting under the lights now... oh god. |
