India have beaten the West Indies by 80 runs! The quarter-final line-up is official then: West Indies v Pakistan (Wednesday) India v Australia (Thursday) South Africa v New Zealand (Friday) Sri Lanka v England (Saturday) Ooooh! India v Australia is biiiig! Pakistan should beat the West Indies, but Pakistan aren't consistent. South Africa-New Zealand is quite even I think, but South Africa will win I reckon. Sri Lanka v England! We have a hard team here. I think this is the end of the road for England. If we beat Sri Lanka then we face either South Africa or New Zealand - better than facing India, Australia or Pakistan I guess! |

Far out, playing India in the QFs. Seems a bit unfair, having all these matches and then the first serious one is knockout.

If we can beat SL I can see us getting to the final. Started T20 WC badly then went on to win it. |

I think Pakistan, India, South Africa and Sri Lanka will win. India to beat Pakistan in one semi, Sri Lanka to beat South Africa in the other. India-Sri Lanka final. |

WI were demolished. Those 3 early wickets ruined it. |

Totally smashed, I though WI would put up a better fight. Well done Pakistan, will be interesting whoever faces them in the semis. Hoping for Australia, gonna be a tight game tomorrow. |

India-Australia sounds like an epic game! I think home advantage will help India here. Sorry Hugh, but an India-Pakistan semi-final sounds great! |

Brooker actually got a prediction correct! But yes, Yuvraj is a stunning batsman. India did really well yesterday and are still my favourites for the prize.Seems weird that Australia have been knocked out already!

Woooooah New Zealand beat South Africa by 49 runs! New Zealand batted so slowly in their innings and managed to get 221. I thought South Africa could get that for sure, but they collapsed! Chokers again

England batting against Sri Lanka now. 32-2 in the opening powerplay, our lowest powerplay score all tournament. Strauss was out for 5 and was always struggling against Dilshan's spin. Trott and Bopara need to get a good amount of runs each. |
