New Sarpsborg stadion It seemed a bit unlikely, but the politicans are now agreed! They will be building a stadium to hold 10-11.000, to be finished in 2014. The building process starts after this season, with the stands behind the goals. The main stand to be built in 2013. Great news for Norwegian football! |

Indeed. Wonderful attention to Oldenborg, though, and they earned a lot of ticket money. I suppose they're happy! Dang, going to Molde-Rosenborg this week then. Should be epic! Although, one of my friends from Elverum who studies near Molde, he won't join in!! He is a Rosenborg fan and everything! Why not then? He will watch Manchester United - Chelsea... I hate English football!

What team is younger? I told you earlier Godset is a young side, and today there was released is a total table showing the average age of every squad in Tippeligaen. No other team have younger players than Strømsgodset: Strømsgodset, 22.55 Sogndal, 23.3 Aalesund, 23.94 Lillestrøm, 24.24 Sarpsborg, 24.28 Fredrikstad, 24.5 Haugesund, 24.61 Stabæk, 24.65 Tromsø, 24.84 SK Brann, 24.94 Rosenborg, 25.3 Vålerenga, 25.39 Viking, 25.56 Molde, 25.71 IK Start, 26 Odd Grenland, 26.06 Old Odd  |

Marius's corner: Not very neutral  Just ginger Molde away  I have been counting weeks and days since the fixtures was official in December 2010. Molde-Rosenborg. One of the absolute highlights of the season, playing your mighty rivals away from home. Visitors, coming to attack. You gotta love the homegames, your own fans and your own atmosphere, but we all know it's funnier to attack than defend. We're vikings. We're coming to Molde to make noise. Sorry, did I say Molde? I meant m*lde. Even though m*lde is partly hated by everyone in Norway, because they are so sly, boring and annoying, we hate them extra more since they are our neighbour. Or well... there are some miles of distance, there is a great four hours by car. However, there is no big town between us, and we have always had a passioned rivalry with them. Especially in the 1990's, when they got a rich uncle and became our biggest threat in the title battle. They never won it, but they got a great number of runner-ups. Their highlight was 1999, when they even qualified to the Champions League - as the second Norwegian team that season. Besides Rosenborg, no-one have ever done that before or after that. m*lde might actually hate Aalesund more because they're closer, but for them I guess we're more hated. If you're in the middle, you gotta hate the big brother more than your younger brother. I have got to admit that the area around the enemy's stadium is great. The location of it. I think the city itself is kinda overrated, even though they have a nice fjord and some good-looking mountains. But let's not talk too good about them, this is not a neutral text after all. The first and only time I've been to Aker was in August 2009. It was in the holidays, so I joined one of the many Kjernen buses from Trondheim. A trip that carried me on to one of the most embarrassing experiences ever. We played them in the cup, and we lost 5-0! What was even worse, was that we were quite into the game. We pissed on them before they counter-attacked 1-0, we missed a penalty (Iversen..for once...crossbar) in the 49th minute, to see them score their second only a minute later. Typical. Then they got this lucky strike, when our hating object no.1 Magne Hoset "took a Stankovic" and a scored a volley into an open nets from like 40 meters, while Jarstein was being a nutcase far from home. After we got Annan sent off as well - they added the 4th and 5th. But I never regreted going. What a day it was, when m*lde sunbathed and thousands of visitors came there to make noise and trouble. As soon as we arrived the city, we hammered the windows and sang "hate m*lde", we showed middle-fingers to the others and walked to the "stripe" with flares and smoke. Some idiots from m*lde even threw firework against us too, could have been dangerous. But you might guess who the police chose to take home. Unfortunalty, the FA put the fixture in March last season, and it was all snowy when we won 2-1 in the league opener here last season. They have got to put Molde-Rosenborg in May, June or August! Not July, cos then everyone are off for holidays. September and October works fine, but November is too late.  Trond Olsen celebrating with Kjernen after Rosenborg won the league in 2009 Solskjær on the other end will be cool. Personally I have a huge respect for him, but I don't fear his side. We're on the winning tracks now. Who is this Diouf? Who the fuck is m*lde? Can't wait to come there now. And you know what? When I piss at their toilets, I'm gonna miss the target on purpose. Fuck you all, m*lde. Hate, hate, hate m*lde by!  Not everything Hitler did was wrong. |

An amazing chance for Lillestrøm - Vidar Martinsen makes a proffesional foul to get sent off! Drama in the injurytime! Can LSK score the freekick? EDIT: No. In the wall by Kippe. 1-1 FT. Lillestrøm still not defeated away from home. Martinsen has to see the next match against Vålerenga from the crowd.

 Edited a few errors from my last table too. I had actually missed out a few goals. Haugesund even had six points according to my former table! They have 4... Vålerenga - Brann tommorrow night then! Match between the two biggest towns, eh.

What the heck is happening with Elverum!?!? Promoted ahead of the season, the goal is to save the spot, but look at the start: Valdres - Elverum 1-4 Elverum - Raufoss 1-1 (Raufoss a very decent side, and we should have won this! Raufoss had their keeper sent off and we hit the bar ona freekick!) Aalesund B - Elverum 0-1 Currently going: Elverum - Bærum 1-0 '45  And Bærum is the only side that's over us in the table! WELL, not anymore! Not to jinx anything, but:  (just so it said: There are more than 7 teams in the league)  Elverum for Adeccoligaen 2012! EDIT: Just called my grandfather who is at the game! Your Manchester United signature does. Booo  Kim Ojo scored twice when Brann surprisingly beat Vålerenga 2-0 away from home today! Vålerenga does so not look like a title favourite at the moment! Their previous three matches was: Stabæk 1-0 Vålerenga Vålerenga 1-1 Lillestrøm Rosenborg 2-0 Vålerenga  Some other pressured sides to play tommorow too. At 6pm, Odd takes on Sarpsborg in Skien. Odd Grenland haven't won at home this season, and are far down on the table. Better beat Sarpsborg at home, who have done shit away from home, but impressed at their own grass. If Sarpsborg takes a point here, I'll be really impressed. TOP MATCH in Drammen, between leaders Strømsgodset and the unbeaten Tromsø, who are second. No teams have been leading the table two rounds in a row so far, so Godset might be the first ones. Haugesund-Stabæk. I'm sure Haugesund are one of the pressured sides too, as they only manage to pick points at home. Start will be playing Aalesund at home in Kristiansand. At 8 - like you should know - Molde will be playing a Rosenborg side that's still pressured after taking only one win from the first five. Should be a great game that! Sogndal and Viking, bottom two, will complete the round at Monday night. More about that later... |
